Among regular teaching tools and learning situations, we emphasize the use of outdoor activities: spectacular sports, crafts & art performances, puzzles, orienteering and others. Such activities are meant to meet the client’s development objectives. They’re fun and powerful. Participants are challenged to face and live an adventure and to pass its obstacles. This is Adventure Training – in our vision.
When using similar activities, without many scenario limits, but in more spontaneous occurrence we call it Reality Training. The participants are immersed in a real and adventurous situation without being warned. It is not about a training scenario anymore but a real situation perception. It allows more freedom of expression and acting and is more emotionally demanding.
We use Adventure Training and Reality Training scenarios to approach different training themes and topics. |
